The Binyamina Winery lies deep in the heart of Israel's well-established vineyard region. International Marketing Supervisor of Binyamina Winery Yechiam Ben-Ari tells:

“Over the past decade investments made, have led the Binyamina Winery to the threshold of a new era, an era of uncompromising quality that is totally satisfying to the modern wine consumer, who no longer compromises on quality and demands value for money.
        A private group of investors from Hollywood that purchased the winery in 1992 investigated a revolution. Massive investments were made in the purchase of new, expensive and diversified equipment, and in significantly enhancing the raw material used for producing wine – grapes. Planting the vineyards began in 1996, with the winery harvesting their yields for past few years. More important is the fact that most of our grapes are already of high quality from high quality varietals.
 State of the art technological equipment and refreshed supply provided by the vineyards are accompanied by a new policy, which believes in modernizing the wine production process. One of the signs of this policy is the decision taken by the winery to invest in various analogous researches. One such research, performed in cooperation with the Technion has already produced interesting results, which have drawn attention from Israel as well as internationally. The study proved that under certain winification methods the winery cellar-master, Amram Surasky was able to produce white wines with the anti-oxidant features traditionally associated with red wines only”.
